I'm a professional "starter"

I can't even count how many times I've started a "diet" or a "lifestyle change". I am really good for about a week or two and then I fall off. It's frustrating to think that I would be where I wanted to be had I just keep on the path that I started so many times.

Jason is down 117 pounds. It's amazing. He doesn't even look like the same person. He still has about 30 more pounds to go until he reaches his goal. I know he'll get there and I'm so proud of him.

I'm down 21 pounds since his surgery. It's not bad but it's not great either.

I have new goals. I don't want to get "skinny".......I want to be a beast! I want muscles and definition and strength and stamina. I no longer have a number I want to achieve.   I will continue to weigh and post the results but just as a point of reference.

I'm starting this journey for the last time. This is my time. I'm taking control and I'm not going to let anything stop me.

Questions for research:

What should my Protein/fat/carb ratio be?
How many calories should I be taking in?
Anaerobic? Or aerobic? Or both?
Supplements?
How many calories should I burn each day?
Body recomposition, how does it work?

Until next time...
Nora
